Terms of Service

By registering as a seller on the Electapros Seller Hub ("Platform"), you ("Seller") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Electapros.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register or use the Seller Hub. Continued use of the platform after any updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

• → These Terms apply to all sellers, vendors, and service providers.
• → You must read and understand all clauses before proceeding.
• → Electapros reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

To register and operate as a seller on Electapros, you must meet the following criteria:

• → Must be at least 18 years of age.
• → Must be a registered business entity or individual entrepreneur in India.
• → Must possess a valid GSTIN (if applicable) and PAN.
• → Must have a valid bank account for settlements.
• → Must not have been previously banned or suspended from the platform.
• → Must sell products/services falling within permitted categories on Electapros.

Sellers must create an account on the Seller Hub using accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• → Provide authentic identity and business documents during registration.
• → Immediately notify Electapros of any unauthorized access to your account.
• → One seller entity is permitted only one seller account.
• → Electapros reserves the right to verify seller credentials at any time.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their product listings. The following standards must be maintained:

• → Product titles, descriptions, and images must be accurate and not misleading.
• → Only original, non-counterfeit products may be listed.
• → Products must comply with all applicable Indian safety and quality standards.
• → Prohibited items include: electrical products without BIS certification, counterfeit goods, and items banned under Indian law.
• → Electapros reserves the right to remove listings without prior notice.

Sellers set their own product prices subject to platform guidelines. The following fee structure applies:

All fees are exclusive of applicable GST. Electapros may revise fee structures with 15 days' prior notice.

Sellers must manage orders diligently and within the stipulated timelines:

• → Orders must be accepted or rejected within 24 hours of placement.
• → Sellers must dispatch orders within the committed timeline.
• → Accurate shipping and tracking information must be updated on the platform.
• → Sellers are responsible for proper packaging to avoid transit damage.
• → Repeated cancellations or delays may result in account penalties.

Payments for completed orders are settled to the seller's registered bank account as per the following schedule:

• → Settlement is processed 7–10 business days after order delivery confirmation.
• → Deductions include platform commission, applicable taxes, and return adjustments.
• → Sellers must maintain an active and verified bank account for settlements.
• → Disputed amounts will be held until resolution.
• → Electapros is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• → Listing fake, counterfeit, or misrepresented products.
• → Manipulating reviews, ratings, or feedback.
• → Soliciting customers to transact outside the platform.
• → Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
• → Violating any applicable Indian laws or platform policies.
• → Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions.

All intellectual property on the Electapros platform — including logos, designs, content, and software — is owned by or licensed to Electapros. Sellers must not use, copy, or reproduce any platform IP without explicit written permission.

Sellers grant Electapros a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their product images and descriptions for platform display and promotional purposes.

Electapros provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electapros shall not be liable for:

• → Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• → Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• → Data loss or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• → Actions or omissions of third-party logistics or payment providers.

Either party may terminate the seller relationship at any time. Electapros may suspend or permanently terminate a seller account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its customers.

Upon termination, all pending settlements (subject to deductions for returns, disputes, or penalties) will be processed within 30 days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
